I came across this sunday stealing from a blogpost here and I thought, this might be an interesting thing to do, just to see what answers I'd come up with!
What is the last book that you passed on to someone else to read?
It was called 'Would you like some bread with that book?' by Veena Venugopal. I found the book absolutely delightful and wanted one of my favorite people to read it. It's a tiny book and takes less than a few hours to read!
The one song you secretly or not so secretly want to sing at karaoke?
Chasing cars by Snow Patrol! I've heard it so many times. It doesn't surprise me that this would be the song I pick.
If you had to pick a new name for yourself, what would it be?
Mukta! It means complete freedom.
What do you wish your administrator or boss would notice?
Nothing, may be that I need a hike (I joined office a month ago. So not really)
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Dog ears!! Why must you fold corners of books?!
What holds you back in pursuing your biggest dream?
The fear that I might screw it up so badly, that I might never be able to do anything remotely similar again. (Working on this one though)
Why do you think you are a lovable person?
My friends say I am. I have my doubts. But they seem to think that I'm funny, kind and considerate *don;t fall for the hype)
If every day had an extra hour in it, what would you do with it?
I'd talk to my friends! I'd definately spend more time talking to people who matter to me.
The last song you turned up in your car or house was?
A song from Wake Up Sid, Iktara. Or The Fray. Or Hinder.. I was shuffling between the 3.
What is a secret talent you may have?
I can touch my nose with my tongue!
Your favorite thing to do outside when it's not too cold out in the winter?
Stay in bed and watch a movie for sometime, but then definitely head out without a sweatshirt and feel how cold it really is while I sip on coffee or chai!
How do you respond if someone asks you an inappropriate or nosy question?
I try to be extremely honest, to the point where it gets very uncomfortable. Works for me, every single time.
First I loved the pic. no living creature should be caged. I too love the Iktara song. And I would love to have 12 more hours in a day. enjoyable post.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kalpana! :D I hate caged birds. I cannot stand it.
DeleteInteresting meme and super interesting answers! Touch your nose with tongue... wow.... that's a talent!! Dog ears... I hate that too! Head out without a sweatshirt?? My teeth are chattering at the mere thought of it!! :D
ReplyDeletePS : You must do away with this word verification, plsssss! :)
