It's that time of the month.
I mean, the time everyone has been busy chatting about. Let's talk about the A to Z Challenge, after taking the challenge in 2014 and the fantastic experience then, it's not really a surprise that I wanted to do it again, this year.
Okay, open declaration, I am still to write a few more posts, schedule them and do all the other stuff that comes with each post. However, now is the time to celebrate. After waiting for this for a month, the craziness is all set to take over.
I did my staking the claim with the Blogchatter folks... and now for the theme reveal.
What is my inspiration for the theme?
When I was breaking my head over what I could write about, I didn't want to write anything too preachy. I didn't want to write about anything I don't fully understand. I don't write fiction.. basically, I had a long list of won'ts. However, bam! it came to me (actually to the husband). He suggested I write about the very reason why I wasn't able to participate last year. It was that simple! Just like that I had a theme and over a late cuppa we listed a bunch of things I could write about and we were done!
What can you expect from the blog?
I don't want to get your hopes too high with what I'll write about. I'm simply going to write short about 300 word posts on my life on another continent. How things changed for me, what I saw, what I learned and how I've grown. Very simple.
You can expect a few pictures here and there, you can expect a little bit of a rambling here and there as I reminisce a time that I can only describe as eventful.
You can definitely expect a few emotional sentences here and there and me saying things that make sense may be just to be. Please be patient, I promise it'll be genuine.
